Establishing Sweet's First Design System
To bring consistency across Sweet’s products, we built a unified design system covering colors, typography, icons, layouts, and responsive components. Centralizing it all in Figma with clear guidelines made collaboration smoother and ensured a polished, cohesive user experience in every release.



LOGIN EXPERIENCE
Integrating Auth0 for a Modern, Branded Login Flow
Sweet’s previous login experience was outdated and unclear. We redesigned it from the ground up, integrating Auth0 for secure authentication while aligning visuals with Sweet’s brand system. The new flow prioritized clarity, simplicity, and usability—resulting in a smoother onboarding experience for both new and returning users.

USER PROFILES
Revamping Profiles for Visibility and Community
User profiles were redesigned to support community-building and improve discoverability of public collections. Previously limited to account settings, the new profile experience included public collection views, clearer user paths, and intuitive editing states. This redesign encouraged engagement between users and helped support the platform’s marketplace model.

MOBILE NAVIGATION
Redesigning Sweet's Mobile Menu for Clarity
The original mobile navigation was cluttered and inconsistent. I introduced a split-menu concept: a dropdown for account actions and a simplified hamburger for main navigation. This new structure improved usability, especially for logged-in users, by clearly separating account settings from marketplace browsing.



QUEUE SYSTEM
Creating a Fair Drop Experience
Popular drops on Sweet often sold out within minutes. To enhance fairness and transparency, we designed a first-come queue system that provided real-time feedback and clear status updates. This approach ensured equitable access for all users and added polish to the high-demand drop moments.

EXPLORE AND FILTER SYSTEM
Refining the Marketplace Experience
We introduced a new Explore page to showcase user-listed collectibles in Sweet’s secondary marketplace. Designed with scalability in mind, the MVP allowed users to browse all active tokens for sale.
As a follow-up to Explore, we launched an advanced filtering system, allowing users to search by token type, price, collection, and more. Filters were responsive, intuitive, and sticky on scroll for mobile and tablet—streamlining the search experience and boosting discoverability across the growing catalog.
